we recommend 5 -7 sessions for hair removal and 3 - 4 for Skin rejuvenation, but this will be discussed during your consultation
If you're already pregnant, congratulations! But you will have to wait before you are able to have a Laser or IPL treatment . Natural hormonal changes during pregnancy can cause areas of increased hair growth or pigmentation, so your treatment could be less effective and not achieve the best results for you. We recommend waiting until after you have finished breast feeding.
Its important to avoid direct tanning for 2-3 weeks before AND after each Laser or IPL treatment. If it's sunny out, don't over expose your treatment area to UV rays and wear a good sunscreen (SPF30+)
No, if you are a regular waxer you will need to stop 6 weeks before you start a course of Laser or IPL treatments. Waxing removes the entire hair follicle that we need for laser hair removal to reach and destroy the hair papilla at the base of the hair follicle. You can still shave in between treatments but at the end of your course you will never have to shave or wax again!
